Mutual aid

  • Out of units on a High or Critical call? Request help from another dispatcher in the server.
  • Their unit genuinely drives to your scene — lights on, real travel time, tracked on your map like any other responder.
  • On the lender’s side the request arrives as a real call on their board, with a live responding row, ETA and travel bar. Not a popup you can miss.
  • Lenders can recall their crew at any time. When the job is done, the unit drives itself home.
  • Helping out pays. Lenders earn for the assist.
  • Always available, with a short cooldown between asks so nobody gets spammed.

Surge events

  • Every 25–35 minutes the city goes sideways: Severe Storm, City Blackout or Multi-Alarm Wave.
  • A 60-second warning, then 10 minutes of heavy volume weighted hard toward High and Critical.
  • Every call resolved during a surge pays 1.25×.
  • The server shares one goal. Clear it and everyone who resolved at least one call earns $800 + 120 XP, with a +$400 / +60 XP MVP bonus at 5 resolves.
  • A live banner tracks the countdown, the goal, and who is clearing calls right now — names and faces.
  • Solo? The goal scales down to you. One dispatcher can beat a surge alone.

Economy

  • Authorized Strength — a new end-game upgrade. Police, Fire and EMS Strength each raise the limit on every vehicle in that service. Unlocks at Level 20 once you own all 7 districts.
  • Incident slots VIII and IX — $260k at Level 30, $450k at Level 35. Slots VI and VII were sold but never granted; that is fixed.
  • Radio Network — 6 levels, about $433k in total, +15% top speed.
  • Referrals — $1,500 to you, $2,500 to your inviter, up to 5 a day.
  • Rewards now scale with your pay grade. Daily, weekly and login rewards all grow with your earning rate, and cash pack values scale the same way.
  • The pack ladder was rebuilt with four new tiers: Mini, Small Plus, Giga and Tera.
  • Gifting is open. Send passes and cash packs to anyone in your server, not just friends. If they are offline it waits in their inbox.

Phone and tablet

  • Dozens of touch targets that were too small to hit reliably are fixed.
  • Portrait finally gets real layouts: a shift lobby, calls on their own tab, the map as the big half, and dispatch takes over the screen.
  • Drag the ringer and the call panel wherever you want them.
  • Proper pinch-zoom on the CAD map. Scrolling can no longer press buttons. Drag-and-drop unit staging.

Redesigned

  • Dashboard, Rewards, Upgrades, Passes, Ranks, Skill tree, Shop, Chat, Settings, Units and CAD filing, all rebuilt.
  • One toast stack and unified modals.
  • Convoys leave one truck at a time. Fire no longer satisfies EMS. Regional shop prices.

New players

  • The tutorial was rebuilt from the ground up. Every step is something you do, not something you sit through. Training calls pay, and it is replayable from Settings.
  • 45 just-in-time lessons that fire the moment a mechanic first matters, instead of a wall of text at the start.
  • Russian support, call dialogue included.

Also

  • Trap questions are now active for Hard and Extreme only. Slow and Standard get none.

Fixed

  • Data loss from profiles passing the save limit.
  • Prestige showing −1, ETAs that never ticked, mute silencing the 911 ring.
  • Stuck incidents, map blackouts, pinch-zoom rebuilding every frame.
  • The filing worksheet slamming shut, the iOS ringer, and CAD send.
  • Elevator calls saying “car”, admin grants paying twice, faster shutdown saves.
