Halloween Night (until November 2)
200+ new Halloween calls. One call in four is a Halloween call: spooky calls where the ghosts and monsters turn out to have a real cause, zombies that are only ever costumes, and paranormal calls nobody can explain.
No repeats. You get every Halloween call before any repeats, even across visits.
The Halloween Rush. Two in three surges are now Halloween Rushes, with a haunted night map, glowing lamps and their own spooky music.
The Citywide Rush (October 31). Every server's Halloween Rush starts at the same moment, at 18:00 and 23:00 UTC (2 PM and 7 PM Eastern). In the last hour before each, a countdown shows on the Halloween strip.
Halloween Night 2026 badge. Clear 3 Halloween calls in one shift. Your progress shows on the Halloween strip at the top of your call list.
A haunted CAD. Halloween colors on every screen, bats flying past, and cobwebs, a spider and a ghost on your map. You can switch it off in Settings > Display > Halloween Look.
The Candy Shop
Every Halloween call you clear earns candy: 1 for Low, 2 for Medium, 3 for High and 5 for Critical. Spend it in the Shop's new CANDY tab.

Haunted Hotline (200): callers wait 5 seconds longer before they hang up
Pumpkin Fund (400): +5% cash on every call
Spellbook (400): +5% XP on every call
Ghost Lights (500): +5% unit speed

For the season: the Candy Magnet (100) gives you double candy from every Halloween call until November 2.
Bag items (buy 1 or 5, use whenever you like):
Sugar Boost (20): +50% XP for 30 minutes
Candy Cash (25): +50% cash for 30 minutes
Night Drive (30): +25% unit speed for 30 minutes
Extra Line (40): one more call slot and incident slot for 30 minutes
Ghost Calltaker (40): the Calltaker Assistant for 30 minutes
Summon the Rush (50): start a Halloween Rush for your whole server (not during a surge or in the 15 minutes after one)
Candy Rain (100): double candy for everyone on your server for 10 minutes
Candy is doubled during the Citywide Rush, during a Candy Rain, or with the Candy Magnet, but never more than doubled. Earn 250 candy for the Candy Collector 2026 badge.
Candy can't be bought with Robux. It melts when Halloween Night ends on November 2, along with anything left in your bag, so spend it!

For new dispatchers
A faster loading screen.
Shorter training: the two longest waits in the tutorial are half as long.
A more exciting first shift: your first calls build from Medium to High to Critical, with fires, rescues, chases and crashes, and a new call is always on its way when your desk is clear.
Gentler surges until you've handled your first 10 calls: only Low and Medium calls, half as often.
Shop and purchases
A new Shop order: Upgrades first, then the Candy Shop, Cash Packs, Passes, and the Police, Fire and EMS fleets.
Game pass purchase windows open instantly.
Gifted passes are safer: a gift can no longer get lost if a server shuts down mid-purchase.
Tapping BUY under a notification now buys, instead of just closing the notification.
The 15-minute offer now waits for a real break in your shift.
The Calltaker Assistant pass says exactly what it does: it steps in when 2 or more calls are waiting, one call at a time.
Language and radio
The radio speaks your language again. Choose English in Settings > Language to keep it in English.
Everything new in this update, the update notice included, is translated into Spanish, French, Russian, Portuguese and German.
