About this site

empirian.gg is the official website of Empirian Interactive, a Canadian Roblox game studio. Everything here is offered as-is, without warranties of any kind. By using the site you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The forum

Anyone can read the forum. To post you need to sign in with Roblox and be 13 or over. The first time you post we ask for your date of birth, work out a yes or no, and keep only that answer — see the Privacy Policy. Giving a false date to get past it is a breach of these terms, and an account that fails the check does not get another go by clearing browser data.

Your posts are yours

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you give us permission to display it on the site and to keep showing it in the thread it belongs to. You can delete your account at any time and choose whether your posts go with it.

What is not allowed

The list is short and we enforce it:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting anyone because of who they are.
• Sexual content, and anything sexualising a minor. This one ends in a permanent ban and a report to the authorities, without exception.
• Posting someone's personal information — real name, address, school, workplace, phone number — whether or not you think it is public.
• Spam, advertising, scams, referral links, or anything trying to move people off-site to be tricked.
• Exploits, cheats, or instructions for breaking Roblox's rules or ours.
• Impersonating staff, other members, or Roblox.
• Ban evasion — coming back with a new account after being removed.

Moderation

We can hide, lock, edit or remove any post or thread, and suspend or remove any account, at our discretion. We try to be proportionate and to explain ourselves, but we are a small team and we do not run a formal appeals process. If you think we got it wrong, email [email protected] and a person will read it.

Every post has a Report button. Use it — reports are how we find things, and reporting in good faith never counts against you.

What other people post

Posts are written by members, not by us. We do not check every post before it appears, and a post being visible does not mean we agree with it or have reviewed it. If something breaks the rules, report it and we will deal with it.

If you believe something posted here infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with enough detail to identify the work and where it appears, and we will remove it if the claim holds up.

911 Dispatch Simulator is played on the Roblox platform. Your use of Roblox — including purchases made there — is governed by Roblox's own Terms of Use and Community Standards, not by this site.

Empirian Interactive is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Roblox, Discord, X, and all related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced here only to identify where our games and communities live.

Changes

These terms are versioned, and the version you agreed to is recorded against your account. If we change them in a way that affects you, we will raise the version and say so on the forum.
